The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of CCW Co-operative Ltd for 2023, was held at the Field Day site, on Tuesday 16th May 2023.
Formal business of the Co-operative was conducted including the Election of Directors.
Following the voting and counting of votes, the Deputy Chairman declared Dino Cotsaris, Mark Evans, and Peter Hill, duly elected for a 3-year term. We welcome them to the Board.
We pass on our deepest appreciation to Sam Albanese for his almost 20 years of service on the Board, and dedication to the Co-operative.
We also thank John Tzanavaras for his willingness to make himself available for election, as with all the other nominees.
Jim Godden, CEO, then provided a presentation of Co-operative activities to the meeting.

A copy of the Minutes of the AGM will be available for review at the offices of CCW once
prepared.
